I admit it, I’ve got telephobia, or “phone anxiety”.

Ask most people who know me and they’ll tell you that I’d much rather be face-to-face than talking on the phone.

But I recognize that phone prospecting is an absolutely vital part of an effective sales career.

So even if it’s not my first choice for communicating, I’ve learned how to be very effective on the phone.

I’ve developed a treatment for telephobia: a simple, easy-to-follow 10-step routine for getting through every prospecting call with a minimum of discomfort and pain.
